Individuals in Colorado that are convicted of a felony are ineligible to vote while in prison and on parole. Voting rights are automatically restored upon completion of parole, and people on probation can vote.

The official in the county elections office, at that juncture, may ask that you show proof your discharge from prison, parole or supervision.
