Job Listing Sources
Our job listings come from the following sources:
- Direct employer submissions: Gyms, studios, and fitness companies post openings directly through our platform
- Verified API partnerships: We aggregate listings from trusted job API providers who meet our data quality standards
- Curated public listings: Our team monitors and curates publicly available fitness job postings from official company career pages

Verification Process
Before a job listing appears on FitnessJobs, we verify:

- The job description is complete and accurately represents the position
- The application link directs to the employer's official career page or application system
- The compensation and benefits information (if provided) is consistent with industry standards
Content Accuracy
We strive to ensure all information on our site is accurate and up to date. To achieve this:
- Daily updates: Our job listings are refreshed daily to reflect new postings and remove filled positions
- Automated monitoring: We use automated systems to detect broken application links and outdated listings
- Manual review: Suspicious or flagged listings are reviewed manually before removal

We do not allow the following types of listings on FitnessJobs:
- Fraudulent or scam job postings
- Listings requiring upfront payment from job seekers
- Multi-level marketing (MLM) opportunities disguised as jobs
- Listings with discriminatory requirements
- Positions that do not actually exist
Listing Removal Policy
Job listings are removed from FitnessJobs when:
- The position has been filled and the employer confirms closure
- The listing has been active for more than 60 days without renewal
