Our CrossFit affiliate in Austin is hiring a dedicated CrossFit Coach to program and lead group classes. You will be responsible for delivering quality coaching, ensuring proper movement mechanics, and fostering a supportive community atmosphere. The right candidate lives and breathes functional fitness and wants to help members push their limits safely.

Requirements

  • CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2) certification or higher
  • Minimum 2 years of CrossFit coaching experience
  • Strong understanding of functional movements and Olympic lifting
  • Ability to scale workouts for diverse fitness levels
  • CPR/AED certification
